If you are not satisfied with Grand Havana products for any reason, please feel free to contact us within 30 days of your purchase so that we may assist you with any issue or refund you for your purchase.
Terms of Sale
All coffee, tea and accessories where merchandise is in-stock are shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you place your order, or your next scheduled Auto Delivery order date, for your shipment to arrive at your doorstep. Express shipping is available for certain items for an additional charge. Shipping charges will be added at checkout.
